This #wellnesswednesday try Vegan Banana ProV Almond Shake Recipe by Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor

VEGAN BANANA ALMOND MILKSHAKE

Ingredients

  • 2 small bananas
  • 1 tsp white sesame seeds
  • A pinch of green cardamom powder
  • 1 cup Pro V Almonds
  • Toasted Pro V Almond slivers for garnish

Method

  1. Peel bananas and transfer them in an air tight container and freeze overnight.
  2. Toast Pro V Almonds in a pan for 4-5 minutes. Allow to cool, transfer in a blender, add 2 cups water and grind to fine paste
  3. Roughly chop the bananas and add into a blender jar, add white sesame seeds and green cardamom powder.
  4. Add the almond milk and blend till smooth. Transfer into a serving glass.
  5. Garnish with toasted Pro V Almond slivers. Serve immediately.
