2. Placing Orders
   1. You may place an order on the Website by adding the products to your cart. You are free to add or remove items from the cart
   2. Once the items are placed in the cart you will be required to share details such as your full name, address with pincode, phone number, email address and proceed to make payment for the order with the payment option available on our Website
   3. Once payment is made, you will receive order confirmation details and invoice on the registered email address confirming that the order has been placed. 4. Shipping
   1. Shipping charges may vary from one order to the other, and depend on a variety of factors such as value of the order, contents of the order, weight of the order, shipping address and shipping partners used.

   3. ProV foods may offer shipping discounts from time to time on the website. Its is your responsibility to utilize any discount coupons or offers at the time of placing the order and ProV Foods will not be held responsible for your missing out any discount offered or changes in any discount from time to time.
   4. Our shipping partners may change from order to order. You may or not be informed of our shipping partner details.
   5. In the event that you are unable to track your shipment you may write to care@provfoods.com for information regarding the delivery of your order
   6. Depending on factors like location, connectivity, etc., orders are usually delivered within 5-14 days of placing the order.
5. Cancellation
   1. You may cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before the order has been processed and shipped.
   2. If order is cancelled after order has been processed and shipped, ProV Foods will charge a cancellation fees in lieu of the charges borne by it to cancel such order on your behalf.
6. Return and Refund
   1. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the unused packets within five (5) working days from date of receipt of product by writing to us at care@provfoods.com with the subject ‘Please refund my order’.
   2. Our payment service providers, PayU Payments Private Limited Limited will initiate a refund of your order amount to your bank account within 7 days.
   3. In case of chargebacks, ProV Foods will furnish information to the relevant payment service provider pertaining to the completion of transaction and/or delivery of product to you within five (5) days of receiving the chargeback notification

   1. We sell a variety of dry fruits, nuts, spices, salts, flours, oils and other grocery items.
