Ingredients:
8-10 Pro V Select Fard Whole Natural Dates (khajur)
3 medium tomatoes (tamatar), roughly chopped
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp onion seeds (kalaunji)
1 bay leaf
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
Method:
1. Deseed and slice Pro V Select Fard Whole Natural Dates.
1. Heat oil in a shallow nonstick pan. Add onion seeds, bay leaves and sauté for 30 seconds.
2. Add tomatoes and salt, cover with a lid, and cook on medium heat till the tomatoes are soft and pulpy.
3. Add dates, sugar and mix well.
4. Cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
5. Transfer in a serving bowl and serve.
