Ingredients
1 cup yogurt
1 cup rolled oats
2 tbsps ProV Premium Chia Seeds
1 ripe elaichi banana
1 tsp coffee powder
1 cup milk
2 tbsps honey
Strawberry wedges for garnish
Banana slices for garnish
Pumpkin seeds for garnish
Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Method
1. Pour the yogurt into a blender jar. Peel the banana, break it into small pieces and add into the yogurt. Add coffee powder, milk and blend till smooth.
2. Take the oats in a large bowl, add ProV Premium Chia Seeds, honey, blended mixture and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours or overnight.
3. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with strawberry wedges, banana slices, pumpkin seeds, mint sprigs and serve.
